For example the demand for multi-colored assembly parts in type-III-anodizing or color anodizing has grown steadily. In addition, we are able to carry out partial color anodization on parts that already have a partial coating, e.g. of titanium nitrite.
By means of individual pickling methods and optimization of the process parameters, the pickling removal for dimensional parts can be optimally adapted to the fit specifications of the part. Taking the pickling removal into account, it is also possible to remove chips and burrs from the surface.
